1) Conclusion of Contract
1.1. When placing an order establishing contact with the consumer will take place, for this reason, the client must make sure that the email address provided is correct, this will make sure that the seller emails can be received. Also, the client must make sure to check any SPAM filters that are in use so that all emails by the seller and third parties hired by the seller can be received.
1.2. By adding items to your cart, you are still under no obligation for purchase. As in similar scenario in a supermarket when adding items to your supermarket trolley you still have the right to place those items back on the shelf and leave without purchase.
1.3. Once you reach the checkout, you are still under no obligation for purchase untill reaching the last step where you confirm your order, in the circumstance of confirmation of your order you have made an agreement to purchase the items in subject and we await payment.
2) Return Costs & Right of Withdrawal
2.1. A link for processing a return can be found at the bottom of the website (majority of information required can be found in your order confirmation email). Should the return process be accepted by the seller, the costs occurred for return are likely imposed on the consumer unless agreed otherwise by the seller.
2.2. Should the client wish to process a return the seller asks for the client to handle the products with care and return them in the original packaging.
2.3. Should the client wish to withdraw from a transaction he/she can do so by deleting the products from the "Shopping Cart" section, On occurrence that the consumer has already confirmed his/her order the seller can only process a refund if the item has not yet been shipped.
3) Prices & Payment Conditions
3.1. The prices quoted by the seller or shown via the website are final prices, i.e. they are no further hidden charges. The only additional charges that can be found are delivery and shipping costs these are provided in a separate respective product presentation upon your checkout.
3.2. When confirming your order and accepting the terms and conditions you are hereby responsible to make the final payment in full as soon as possible. If you wish to withdraw please contact the seller promptly.
3.3. To process the payment the seller offers the following methods: Pay with PayPal, Input your debit or credit card details into paypal without requiring a paypal account, Bank Transfer or Pay by Phone.
3.4. The Client has the right to compensation only when the counterclaim is undisputed, has been determined in a legally binding manner or has been acknowledged by the Seller.
3.5. The Client can exercise a right of retention only when the claim is related to the same contractual relationship.
4) Delivery and Shipping Terms
4.1. At check-out the client has the option to select a shipping method also to specify and confirm the delivery address. At confirmation of the order the process of the delivery will be shipped to the address stated when ordering.
4.2. Upon unsuccessful delivery the shipping company may choose to return the products to the seller, on this occurrence the consumer bears cost of unsuccessful delivery unless notifying the seller for right to withdrawel within a reasonable time in advance.
5) Reservation of Ownership
The products and services remain property of Scooter Infinity until their full payment is received, products will not normarilly be shipped until payment is recieved.
6) Liability for Defects
Should a defect of the products occur, the legal regulations apply. However there are several exceptions:
6.1. For the customer:
- The seller does not determine liability for insignificant defects.
- The consumer has the right to determine the satisfactory performance.
- For all new products the limitation for defects is within a year.
- The limitation for defects will not restart when compensation shipment is made and received.
- Subject to used goods, the periods of limitation become excluded.
6.2. If the customer receives products with obvious transportation damage it is essential to contact the applicable delivery organisation as well as the seller, failing to do so will result in no legal and contractual liability for defects.
6.3. Upon filing a returns form the customer is subject to notification of specific defects, should the customer neglect to inform responsibly the products are considered approved and satisfactory.
6.4. Should the customer be sucessully approved for liable defects the products must be returned to the seller within a 30 day period at the costs of the customer. Refund will remain subject to approval until recieving defected product.
7) Liability
7.1. By law the company consider all the products to be safe. Should malfunction of the products occur the main responsiblity falls on the manucturer/importer.
7.2. The seller expects the consumer to use all our products in a responsible mannor, and will remain as informative as possible about any risks that might occur with the use of the products.
7.3. The seller monitors closely and understands the safety of our products.
7.4. Should a problem occur the seller responds promptly by indentifying the applicable manufacturer.
7.5. The seller does not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
7.6. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
8) Applicable Law
8.1. As a company of the United Kingdom all legal relationships are goverened by English Law, unless the consumer is a habitual residence of a different county of law where the guarteed protection rests for us the seller and for you the consumer.
8.2. Any dispute arising in connection with the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

9.1. Any material that a visitor to this Website sends or posts to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy by clicking here.
9.2. When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this Website any material:
- for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
